This is essentially a one-shop-stop where we will perform the complete design & construction services under one agreement some of which services include:

Design the owner's statement of requirements & prepare the Construction Documents

Be the interpreter of the Contract and Construction Documents in the first instance

Certify to the Design-Builders:

• Compliance with the Construction Documents
• Substantial Performance of the work
• Progress payments based on the agreed schedule of values
• Fulfill duties and responsibilities in accordance with the professional standards required by the various professions
